Australia Shipping
At HUA Resin Art, every single piece is proudly handcrafted using real botanical elements preserved in high-quality resin. Because of the unique nature of botanical resin art, our processing times vary depending on stock availability:
In-Stock Items: If your item is already made and ready to go, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: If your piece needs to be crafted, please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to craft, cure, and prepare your order.
Shipping Rates (Australia Wide)
We ship parcels Australia-wide via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Standard Shipping: $10.50 (Estimated 2–8 business days)
Express Shipping: $13.50 (Estimated 1–3 business days)
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
International shipping
We love sharing our botanical art with the world! Currently, we offer international shipping upon request.

Returns
Return Cost
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Returns and Exchanges
As a small handmade business, we don't accept change of mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Please note that minor air bubbles may occasionally occur as part of the handmade process. This is not eligible for return or exchange.
